Earlier this year, I unexplainably started vomiting after eating takeaway and kept doing it after 3 weeks. I went to the doctors to get a blood test and my blood was healthy and I was coughing for no good reason. However, In October, I was diagnosed with bile gastritis, a  non life-threatening reflux condition that happens once your gallbladder is removed and your body produces the bile which always returns to your stomach. I was forced to take the Sucrafate tablets to soak out the bile as it produces poo.

 

 

It forces you to eat smaller meals on a diet and not get takeaway or drink too much alcohol, raise the head of your bed and have dinner early. All of the above are my main reasons of wanting to cure this condition, so that no-one will have to suffer from it again.

 

I have told everyone about my condition, including CSIRO and that once I become a businessman, I will be able to donate $2 million a year to finally cure it. However,  we can make it happen sooner if we beg  science to cure this currently incurable condition.

A friend of mine told me that CRISPR-Cas9, (a gene-editing tool that removes the genes that allows diseases to enter your body and kill you, virtually rendering them cured) may be a possible candidate to cure this underlying condition of bile because it will work on any condition or disease that controls your life.

 

For everyone who was diagnosed with Bile Gastritis, they deserve a chance to eat fatty foods without moderation again. Everyone can live their lives to the fullest without the condition if they sign this petition
