Glenwood has seen numerous heartbreaking incidents where local fauna population have significantly reduced due to road traffic, hunting, and unsustainable overfishing. Climate change has further escalated this grim situation by threatening these creatures' natural habitats. To protect our pets and other animals, we need more animal crossings in Glenwood.

National Geographic reports that wildlife crossings greatly reduce collisions between vehicles and animals by 85-95% (National Geographic, 2019). Not only do these crossings protect animal lives, they also avert potential legal complications arising from such unfortunate incidents.
