4 years after the MCU ended the Infinity Saga, China has increasingly become restricted on Hollywood releases(with the exception of The Batman and Avatar: The Way of Water). This has included Phase 4 of the MCU which has begun to run out of steam thanks to a couple of bad mishaps(Thor: Love and Thunder and Eternals). This has become unacceptable for people worldwide who has enjoyed seeing China release these films 

 

 

With films such as Elemental making a surprise comeback by reaching $400 million in a few days to be profitable, I think that if Disney were to release these films in China, it would further strengthen the ties between Hollywood and the country once again and to also become more of box office successes than before.

 

After The Marvels bombed at the box office, I believe that most of the Phase 4 films in China will boost its chance of greenlighting a third Captain Marvel film as well as making films Eternals, Shang-Chi and Black Widow more of a success than it originally has been and Spider-Man: No Way Home becoming the 7th film to reach $2 billion.

 

 

People are no longer in theatres as they're supposed to which explains as to why films are making less money than usual. We need to explain to them that theatres are now safe for people to go watch films rather than staying at home watching them on Disney+

 

COVID-19 also may be one of the reasons why the MCU has lost its box office magic they're attempting to regain. IF you want them to be great again, please go watch Deadpool 3 and any Phase 4-5 films on Disney+ to ensure their re-releases at the cinemas.

We need to bring back China’s love for Hollywood films, so that they can be released properly worldwide. That’s why I have decided that it is suitable to begin with the MCU Phase 4 .
