My name is an aspiring businessman who moved to Glenwood recently, and one of the things I sorely miss from back home is the delight of drinking a smooth, refreshing slurpee from 7-Eleven - particularly the coke flavoured ones. While we do have coke slushies available here, I can assure you, they just aren't the same. They are much harder to drink and simply do not capture the satisfying experience of slurping a 7-Eleven slurpee.

7-Eleven is a staple convenience store in many parts of Australia. In fact, as of 2020, there were over 700 7-Eleven outlets in the country. However, it's disheartening not to spot a single one in Glenwood. By having a 7-Eleven store here, not only will we have access to the beloved slurpees, but we will also bring more variety to our community, allowing locals to discover new tastes and experiences.

I believe in the ability of our collective voices to create change. And this change is not just about my personal craving for slurpees. It is about bringing a part of a quintessential Australian culture to Glenwood and enriching our local offerings. If we can prompt our governors to approve the establishment of a 7-Eleven store in our locale, we will be making a significant move to integrate Glenwood more fully into the wider Australian community.
