This includes friends of my dear friend, Nicki Richardson, who are now struggling to pay their bills and provide for themselves and their families during what should be a season of joy and celebration. It is devastating to witness the impact this has had on these individuals and the broader community.

The immediate rehire of these employees is critical not only to protect them from further financial distress, but also to preserve their livelihoods. These individuals are not just statistics; they are real people with families who rely on them. The ripple effect of their unemployment extends beyond their personal suffering, affecting the economy and the community at large. Australia cannot afford to let these workers go unsupported.

Moreover, reinstating these positions will bolster the company's operations, potentially enhancing its services and contributions both locally and globally. The Star company's workforce is its greatest asset, and by rehiring these dedicated professionals, the company can position itself for a more stable future.
