I am personally vested in fighting numerous diseases and contributing to the betterment of global health. It is my journey, championing the cause for cures for Bile Reflux, Parkinson’s, Cancer, HIV, Lactose/Gluten Intolerance, Motor Neurone, OI, Brain Tumours, Eczema, Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, Gastroparesis, GERD, Alzheimer’s, Diabetes, HIV, Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.

Today, I am imploring passionate individuals and organisations to emphasize the need for a permanent cure for shingles. The urgency for this cure is emphasized by the recent diagnosis of beloved actor Harrison Ford, but it is a widespread issue - an issue that affects approximately 1 in 3 individuals in their lifetime according to the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.

Already, advancements are being made. Just as Russia, a global superpower, is readying the distribution of a cancer vaccine for its citizens, we too must gather resources in our fight against shingles. But the existing vaccine isn't a permanent cure and only helps those without the disease.

We have seen a ray of hope in the fight against Malaria, cancer, and many other diseases - we've achieved milestones that once seemed impossible, all because of the collective will and undisputed resolve of humanity. Therefore, it is not farfetched to foresee a world free from Shingles, if we all come together in our quest for a cure.

This petition is to urge relevant governments, scientists, and pharmaceutical companies worldwide, to increase their investment in research and development for a permanent cure for Shingles in a bid to eradicate the disease.
