Открытое письмо к главам государств и правительств европейских стран

Мы призываем наших соотечественников, всех граждан Европы и мира срочно обратиться к главам государств и правительств во всей Европе: нужно спасать украинских детей, похищенных и вывезенных в Россию!

По данным украинских властей, несколько сотен тысяч украинских детей, включая более 19 000 несопровождаемых несовершеннолетних, выявленных Киевом на сегодняшний день (март 2023 года), в настоящее время удерживаются на территории России без каких-либо гарантий или внешнего контроля за условиями их жизни. Некоторые из них, в результате действий российских властей, могли быть намеренно разлучены со своими родителями.

К тому же, согласно исследованию ООН, существует вероятность того, что несколько тысяч отделенных несовершеннолетних детей, сирот или имеющих родителей,  будут усыновлены российскими семьями (Россия не ратифицировала Гаагскую конвенцию 1993-го года о защите детей и сотрудничестве в области усыновления). Более того, Владимир Путин указами от 25 мая и 11 июля 2022 года, упростил предоставление российского гражданства этим детям, тем самым облегчив процедуру усыновления для российских семей. Все указывает на то, что такие принудительные процедуры усыновления уже имели место и продолжаются.

Нет насильственному усыновлению и русификации похищенных детей!

Некоторые из этих детей уже “проходят перевоспитание” — то есть русификацию ! — как хвастался первый российский телеканал. Промывание мозгов детям, по сути, является частью плана ликвидации украинской нации (опубликованного РИА Новости  в апреле 2022го года), разработанного Тимофеем Сергейцевым, близким к Путину деятелем, чьи негационистские высказывания ежедневно подхватываются российскими СМИ.

Мы не можем оставить тысячи насильственно депортированных и изолированных украинских детей в руках Кремля. Принудительное перемещение несовершеннолетних является отвратительным преступлением,  неприемлемым, как с моральной, так и политической точки зрения. Согласно Международной конвенции о геноциде 1948 года (статья II), это, по сути, акт геноцида!

Мы настоятельно призываем президента Европейского Совета, президента Европейской Комиссии, а также глав государств и правительств всей Европы единогласно и публично вмешаться и потребовать от России освобождения детей и всех депортированных украинских граждан.

Мы их просим призвать соответствующие международные организации, включая ЮНИСЕФ и Международный Красный Крест, как можно быстрее ходатайствовать перед правительством Российской Федeрации о возможности посетить этих детей, обследовать условия их проживания и обеспечить их репатриацию в Украину.
