Parole is a crucial aspect of the criminal justice system that allows certain inmates to be released from prison before serving their full sentence under specific conditions. Recent trends show a growing focus on rehabilitation and reintegration into society for parolees. Key issues in petitions related to parole include advocating for fairness in parole hearings, reducing recidivism rates through support programs, and addressing systemic biases in the parole process.
One prominent petition calls for increased access to education and job training programs for parolees to facilitate their successful reentry into the workforce. Another petition highlights the need for mental health and substance abuse treatment for parolees to address underlying issues that may contribute to reoffending.
Explore the petitions on parole to learn more about the challenges faced by individuals seeking parole and take action to support fair and effective reentry policies. I have known Aaron for two years & in that time, I have seen nothing but kindness, patience & genuine care from him. He is someone I trust completely, even with my own children, because he loves them & they love him. Aaron has never been a threat to anyone; he is gentle, thoughtful, and always willing to help others.
It’s heartbreaking to see him in this situation because I know the person he truly is. I fully believe he deserves the chance to move forward & rebuild his life. I stand by Aaron and hope he is given the opportunity to prove the good that so many of us see in him.
I'm definitely signing this petition to keep Selena's Killer behind bars. Selena was taken from this world without giving her a chance to live her life to the fullest. She deserves justice and I'm one that will sign this and any petition that will help keep her killer behind bars for life. Let's all keep Selena's memory alive as much as possible because she's one of a kind. There will never be another Selena, I'm thankful that we had her even if it was just for 23yrs but her spirit and memory will live forever. We Love You Selena 💖
I'm a survivor of familial abuse. And as a fellow survivor I want to help..in anyway I can to keep people like this behind bars. They CAN NOT be rehabilitated. Too many times people are releasing, because " They are rehabilitated and pose no threat to society." Then you see in the news that they have attacked their victim or thier family again. Or even hurt someone new. And MANY time they are released and victims are NOT notified, eleven if requested. THIS NEEDS TO STOP! LAWS NEED TO BE PASSED IN ALL STATES! We stand together, survivors and allies❤️❤️
I met Amy and she is a survivor. So strong & determined like many of us who have suffered violence and loss. She should not have to fear for herself & her family, thinking that her mother’s killer - her own brother - should be set free. And her brother should live the full consequences of his actions and spend the rest of his life in prison.
Jesse is a dangerous person, if he is released he will harm someone else. He has no guilt or remorse for what he did to his mother, his sister does not deserve to live in the fear of him being out in the world. She deserves as much peace as she can get with the situation!!!
I became a member of a group that helps people that find themselves in a DV relationship. It’s been eye opening and very helpful to me understand both the wiser and victim. What they say to their victim and from the victim themselves what happens. It’s heartbreaking to realize there are so many women (mainly) that live this day in and out. I pray you get to live your life moving forward without the threat of ur brother coming after you. I pray that our justice systems follow through with a deserves punishment fitting the crime(s) they commit and they stay in jail. Our system is so messed up and criminals have more ways of getting released than they ought to be.
I'm a domestic violence survivor and I have a child with conduct disorder. He's abused me physically and mentally for years and threatened to kill me. I'm also a social worker with a master's degree and an advocate for domestic violence survivors and those with mental health issues. 💓
Growing up I watched Selena perform and dreamed to one day go to her concert which never happened. The coward who took her life does not deserve to be paroled because she took a genuine kind hearted soul. Still til’ this day, I look up to her and listen to her music on a daily basis. That coward took the innocent life of a 23 year old who did not finish to achieve her goals and most importantly live her life. Her light was dimmed and so should hers. She deserves to die where she is. There is no form of rehabilitation or clemency for her disgusting life.
Selena has a fan base that will never forget her legacy and we advocate for her! Selene deserves JUSTICE.
Over 8 years ago I left my now ex husband and he is Willis Hilty and a registered violent sex offender for life. Yet he keeps taking me back to court to try to get visitation with the 7 amazing children I have raised alone so far ,these children are doing extremely well inspite of the horrific trauma they experienced at the hands of their Dad. I stand firm with Misty in creating change and these Amish systems are cults nothing short of it.
