The Nia Center is a vital place in the community. To lose the Nia Center as it is will be devastating for the Westend community since it has already lost so many other services.

As somebody who struggles with mental health issues, the concept of a police officer refusing to try to understand when somebody is going through something is utterly terrifying, especially when taking into account how stigmatized certain disorders are.

My 4 year old niece has autism and I'm concerned about her future and everyone else under this administration which stigmatizes people and falsifies information. It's appalling that people's private medical information will be violated, especially to study a link to autism and vaccines that has already been debunked. Scientists are being hired that fit the agenda of the narrative RFK Jr is trying to portray and the information they arrive at will be biased and untrustworthy. Unbiased scientists are quitting due to feeling like their studies are being censored and others are fired due to cuts. This administration has shown over and over again it has no respect for private information, rule of law, or vulnerable and marginalized populations and this must be stopped.

Individuals with autism are just as deserving of privacy, respect, and decency. There is no world where this information needs to be shared or these people need to be treated as less thans.

This is a blatant invasion of privacy. It starts with people who have autism, but I'm sure it won't end there. We cannot let a misuse of power go unchecked.

As an autistic person this registry violates my medical privacy. I am deeply concerned with how it will be used due to the nature of how untrustworthy this administration has shown itself to be in such a few short months. Instead they should stop treating it like it's a disease (because science has already shown that it is not a disease) and focus on supporting the needs of the autistic people so they're not navigating a world that was only built to cater to neurotypicals. Autistic humans are not your test subjects. Do better!

Support for those with autism and their friends and family. They should not be experiencing the fear and anxiety resulting from ignorance at the highest level.

I am an autistic individual and I refuse to allow my personal information to be used to make me a target. Make no mistake, the Trump administration will be using this information to send us to concentration camps. He's already kidnapping and trafficking immigrants, both legal and illegal, to El Salvadorian concentration camps. We must stop this now, while we still can.

RFK's seemingly absolute absence of knowledge on autism presents a serious danger to those of us on the spectrum. The misinformation he's spreading is as stigmatizing as it is absurd. His interpretation of autism is divorced from reality. This administration cannot be trusted with a curated list of people who they see as a disease society must be cured of. We are not a disease, we are not diseased, and we are not going anywhere.
