Expand Nevada's Electronic Torture Act Nationwide

The Issue

I've been living through an unthinkable nightmare for the last five years. A crime so egregious, it strips away every sense of security and dignity I once had. Imagine being targeted relentlessly, losing not only your home, your vehicle, and your belongings but your very job as well. Your pet, once a source of comfort, abused, drugged, and poisoned. Everyday occurrences like receiving mail and eating food are fraught with terror, knowing they've been tampered with. Privacy, a concept that should be sacred, violated incessantly, 24 hours a day.

Worse still, being attacked by invisible yet very real means - lasers and microwave guns. Facing the horrifying reality of being drugged and implanted with electronics against your will. Reaching out to family and law enforcement, only to be met with disbelief and a lack of support. This isn't just a story; it's a real and ongoing crisis for those subjected to electronic torture.

In Nevada, legislation has been enacted to address this heinous crime, recognizing the devastating impact it has on individuals' lives. However, such recognition should not be limited by state lines. A crime cannot exist in one state and be unreal in another. The physical and psychological pain inflicted by electronic torture doesn't cease when one crosses into California or any other state.

We need to act, and the time is now. California, with its history of leading social change and human rights advocacy, must take a stand and adopt similar measures. By expanding the legislation against electronic torture nationwide, we not only call attention to this brutal reality but provide the necessary legal recourse to protect victims.

I urge you to sign this petition to propel our lawmakers into action. We must ensure that no one else suffers the way I and countless others have. Let us extend the protection of Nevada's Electronic Torture Act across all states, beginning with California. Each signature brings us one step closer to both justice and solace for victims and holds perpetrators accountable. Stand with us in making a difference. Sign today.
