The Issue

We, the undersigned, petition for the immediate removal of Donald Trump from the office of the President of the United States of America. We call to protect the citizens of the United States from discrimination, racism, and blatent disrespect from our so called “president”

Allegations of Criminal Activity by Donald Trump

Donald Trump, during his time in office and in the years leading up to his presidency, has been accused of numerous crimes that have caused harm to the American people and endangered the democratic system. These accusations include, but are not limited to:

Incitement of the January 6th Capitol Riot – Trump encouraged the violent insurrection at the U.S. Capitol in an effort to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election results. His actions directly led to the deaths of several individuals and put the lives of countless others at risk, including members of Congress and law enforcement.

Obstruction of Justice – Trump has been accused of obstructing justice in various investigations, including the Mueller probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election. His efforts to undermine investigations into his conduct have shown a clear pattern of disregarding the rule of law.

Financial Mismanagement and Fraud – Multiple investigations, including those conducted by the New York Attorney General and federal authorities, have raised questions about Trump’s finances. These investigations allege tax fraud, misrepresentation of assets, and other illegal financial practices for personal gain.

Sexual Misconduct Allegations – Donald Trump has faced numerous credible allegations of sexual harassment, assault, and misconduct from women, which he has failed to address adequately.

Racial Discrimination and Bigotry – Trump has been accused of promoting racist policies, engaging in discriminatory practices, and making offensive comments about minorities and marginalized groups. His policies have exacerbated systemic inequality in America.

Violation of National Security – Trump has been criticized for his handling of sensitive information and his relationships with foreign leaders, including those with authoritarian regimes. This raises serious concerns about his loyalty to the U.S. and his commitment to national security.

Disturbing Remarks About Sexualizing His Own Family

Another deeply troubling aspect of Donald Trump's behavior is his history of inappropriate and unsettling comments, particularly about his own family. Most notably, he has made several public remarks that sexualize his daughter, Ivanka Trump. In 2006, he infamously commented, "If Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her." He has made additional comments in interviews and public appearances that objectify and sexualize his daughter, including referring to her physical appearance in ways that go beyond a typical father-daughter relationship.

These remarks have raised serious concerns about his attitudes towards women and his respect for personal boundaries. Such comments send a disturbing message about his values and fitness for leadership, reflecting a pattern of inappropriate behavior that undermines the dignity of the office he holds. No individual who makes such remarks should be entrusted with the responsibility of leading the United States.

Why This Matters to Me

As a concerned citizen, I am deeply troubled by the actions and policies of Donald Trump. My wife, a pregnant, trans, alternative, and Hispanic individual, is especially vulnerable to the discriminatory policies promoted by this administration. Trump's anti-LGBTQ+ stance, his support for policies that roll back trans rights, and his rhetoric towards immigrants and communities of color pose a direct threat to my wife’s safety, freedom, and dignity.

We are living in a time where marginalized groups are under constant attack. If Trump's harmful policies continue unchecked, my wife and others like her could see their rights stripped away entirely. Transgender individuals, particularly trans women of color, already face significant barriers to equality and justice in America. Donald Trump’s administration has shown time and time again that it has little regard for their well-being, and this is a reality I cannot stand by and accept.

Our Call for Change

It is of the utmost importance that we, as a nation, move towards a future that values inclusivity, justice, and equality for all people—regardless of gender identity, race, or background.

We respectfully call for the following actions:

Immediate Investigation and Accountability – Donald Trump must be held accountable for the crimes he is accused of. This includes an investigation into his actions surrounding the January 6th riot, financial fraud, obstruction of justice, and his overall disregard for the law.

Removal from Office – Should the investigations and legal proceedings confirm criminal activity, we demand the immediate removal of Donald Trump from office.

Protect and Expand Civil Rights – We call for the federal government to take decisive action to safeguard and expand the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, immigrants, and other marginalized groups. This includes reversing harmful policies, such as the transgender military ban, and ensuring legal protections against discrimination in all areas of life.

Conclusion

This petition is important to me because the future of my wife, my family, and millions of others hangs in the balance. We cannot allow a president who has perpetuated hate, division, and criminal behavior to continue in office. It is time for a change.

We urge Congress, the American people, and all leaders to take immediate action to remove Donald Trump from office and to uphold the values that define a just society.
