The woman who left him on the road to die alone has been able to live her life. Will finally sit for only 1 year in jail starting in August, followed by probation. Her friends have been all over social media defaming my family, & especially my loving & amazing brother. I had to retire early because of an injury so it’s tough trying to make ends meet sometimes. I don’t understand why they want to make it so hard for people to live?? It’s tough seeing how Virginia is divided and how the hard working Virginians have to suffer because of people like her being elected. I don’t know if people are not voting ,other than for the Presidential vote but this election should wake people up and from now on We Need To Vote at Every Election in our State!!! I hope the ones that voted for her are balling their eyes out when those crazy taxes and everything else starts. She needs to be fired!! We need someone who cares about our state and what happens to the people!! And for me it’s not a Democratic/Republican thing it’s a humanitarian thing. It’s caring about All the people. What’s right for everyone not one side or the other!! Why can’t they work together for the good of everyone. We don’t need higher taxes, we pay enough now for taxes on taxes and more. I’m sick of Northern Va making up the majority votes here.

As a victim, of a brutal rape crime, this has me scared for not just for myself ,but the community.
If someone is sentenced life without parole, there should be no release!! It doesn’t matter if they are up for geriatric release. The crime they committed and the time that was served should still stand. Someone becoming of the age of 60ish does not mean they’re not a threat to the community specially among the children. If you release a rapist that was sentenced with life without parole just because he is considered geriatric you are now operating a huge threat to our community and our children.

By the Grace of God he was called off the job the night before. The fact that we have to resort to a petition to put up our big beautiful American Flag for all to see is unbelievable. There should be no question that our flag should be erected tall and proud at the site where many lost their lives due to terrorism. We are Americans and we should not have to ask, this should be a given and our right as a nation to be patriots and PROUD of our FLAG AND COUNTY.

She was in the heart of the chaos. It was scary and I felt like I lost my breath knowing my mom was right there and witnessed the towers dropping. It was devastating. I'm lucky because she is here with me, but my heart breaks for all those who weren't so lucky. So many who did survive but died shortly after due to illnesses. My heart goes out to the survivors who are dealing with health and mental trauma from that awful day. My prayers for the families who will never forget their loved ones who are no longer here. Our flag is a symbol of freedom and it should be appropriately placed at WTC so future generations understand the life-changing impact 9/11 left on us all. It allowed us to unite, to help one another, and to remember what this country is built on...strength, resilience, and freedom for ALL people. I support this effort and would personally want to see this flag at WTC so I can show my mom that her and everyone affected by that day didn't happen in vain.
