Missourians passed amendment 3 because they believe women and families should be able to make private decisions for their health and lives. We also don’t want to be a state where women wait bleeding in hospital parking lots or die because they were denied care like Texas and Georgia.

Banning abortions only bans safe abortions. This decision is not any easy one, but one that each woman, and the people in her life that care about her, deserve to make on their own. STOP trying to control women! Back-room abortions risk killing the mother. We need to preserve women’s health and safety. It's heart-wrenching to hear and read abhorrent stories of women being denied necessary, life-saving care. The importance of reproductive rights are directly linked to reduced maternal mortality rates and improved overall health for women. Denying women these rights puts their lives at risk and is a clear violation of human rights. Whether it is a mother, sister, significant other, or friend in your life, every woman deserves the right to make decisions about her body freely and without interference from government. I care about women having their right to choose. Under this new horrible regulation, not even the men in her life have the right to choose what happens to her body. Since when do we care more about government control than we care about an individual’s right to choose?

Reproductive rights are human rights. There is absolutely no reason for positions to worry about what a woman does with their body. Most abortions are done for medical and safety reasons for the mother and taking that away will cause there to be so much more maternal deaths that could have been so easily avoided with the access to proper care.

Hi there, I wanted to respectfully ask the pool management to consider allowing outside food, especially for families like mine. My daughter has food allergies, and unfortunately, there just aren’t many safe options for her at the concession stand. I completely understand that the rule is likely in place to prevent alcohol from being brought in, but I believe there are ways to adapt the policy without compromising safety like enforcing a rule that all outside drinks must be in clear, empty bottles or containers that can be checked if needed. Being able to bring in food would make it a lot easier for families with dietary needs to enjoy their time at the pool without worry. I hope you’ll consider making an exception or creating a policy that supports all members of the community, including those with food restrictions. Thank you for your time and understanding. Sincerely, Alexis
Alexis, destekleniyor: Allow Outside Food at Cassville and Monett Aquatic Centers
I respectfully urge Cassville and Monett Aquatic Centers to reverse the policy banning all outside food and drinks. First, many families—including those with limited incomes—rely on bringing their own snacks and drinks. Spending extended hours in the sun without affordable access to nourishment isn’t just uncomfortable—it can be unsafe. Second, please consider that under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), individuals with serious food allergies are recognized as having a disability, because allergies can substantially limit major life activities such as eating and breathing . The ADA forbids discrimination in “public accommodations” like aquatic centers, meaning you must allow reasonable accommodations—including letting patrons bring necessary food and drinks—unless doing so would fundamentally alter your services . By prohibiting all outside food or drink, the centers risk excluding or disadvantaging those with food allergies or other medical needs. This isn’t merely a matter of comfort—it’s about equitable access and compliance with federal law. Third, from a public-safety standpoint, letting families bring their own thirst- and heat-relief items can help prevent dehydration and related illnesses, especially on long, sunny days. In short, revisiting this policy would: • Help low-income families participate safely and enjoyably. • Ensure the centers comply with ADA obligations and don’t inadvertently discriminate against those with food allergies or medical conditions. • Promote overall health and inclusivity in our community. Thank you for considering the spirit of inclusion, public wellbeing, and accessibility. We value your efforts and hope you’ll find a solution that serves all members of our community.

As a concerned citizen living near Sibley, MO. I hope you decide against putting this battery disposal plant in the same area that my drinking water comes from. This will cause many problems for a lot of friends and neighbors not just myself. Please find another location outside of an area where people live. Sibley is a farming community as well as residential. It would be a mistake to dispose of such things in an area where not only our water comes from, but also crops are grown. Respectfully, Nicholas Bishop

I've lived in this area my whole life and I'm raising my family here. This community is best served by using the land for homes, agriculture, and local business. Industrial facilities with toxic chemicals are too much risk. There are multiple schools within the high risk area if (when) a catastrophic event occurs. This facility must not be allowed to jeopardize our homes, children, and community.

Many teenagers, like myself, are politically educated and want a say in who rules our country. If the voting age is lowered, it means that younger voices would be heard, it would promote more voting, and possibly encourage more teens to educate themselves politically to prepare. Sixteen year olds should be allowed to vote and stand for what they believe in.

Kevin Davis, was a great person he would help anybody in need of help. Nice to anyone never seen him do anybody wrong. He cared for his family and was about to have another baby on the way. He needs justice for his murder not to go in vain. His family needs closer. I'm really hurt seeing a great family lose there love one like they did.
