As somebody who struggles with mental health issues, the concept of a police officer refusing to try to understand when somebody is going through something is utterly terrifying, especially when taking into account how stigmatized certain disorders are.
Cydney supported: Reprimand Sheriff Deputy Mark Heberlig of Houston County GA
I personally knew Tiffany Arnold while incarcerated in FCI Tallahassee. I came home in 2014, put myself through college, changed my life around for the better and I am living proof that if one desires to change it can be done. Tiffany Arnold is one of the most intelligent females I met during my time in Tallahassee and I have no doubt that she simply made a mistake in her youth that she would never repeat. She definitely deserves a chance to come home and prove that she can become a productive member of society!

I personally know Tiffany from when I was incarcerated. Her case is a miscarriage of justice and she deserves a second chance.

Tiffany Arnold was a mentor figure to so many women throughout the years, I always saw her so involved with the women around her, she always had a positive attitude and even taught classes that helped other women better themselves. Many who are incarcerated are very bitter and nasty but Tiffany was not like that at all! I felt like she was a fantastic role model to the women around her, showing that people can change and do the right thing if they want to. At a time where we have the worst opiod epidemic in the world, Fentanyl, that's killing millions of people every day, even those dealers are not getting double life sentences. And if the details of the case on here are the truth, and officers of the law were found guilty for their corrupt actions, then how is it justified that Ms. Arnold is serving such a ridiculous amount of time. I'm sure those officers got nothing more than a slap on the wrist compared to Tiffany. It's time to let her go home already.

Very disturb and heartless judge I have ever known. Been to many many hearings and this is the very first judge I seen with my own eyes that was very nasty to every case in that courtroom even to the attorneys . He doesn’t allow you to speak it’s whatever he says that’s how it goes. The way he speaks to you is so disrespectful. I had a case today with him and while my attorney was speaking for me he goes “I’m not talking to you I’m talking to the mother” but let me remind you I paid for my attorney to speak for me so my attorney couldn’t even speak? He wasn’t trying to listen he was very biast and very disrespectful I never witness a judge so disrespectful the way he was. He chooses to not listen. He chooses to take advantage of his title .
Tammy supported: Remove Commissioner James T Atkins from the Family Courts
Commissioner Atkins has consistently demonstrated a lack of the essential qualities required to effectively and ethically fulfill the responsibilities of a judge. His actions—or lack thereof—have not only failed those who seek justice in his courtroom but have also eroded the trust and confidence of the community he serves. This is not a case of someone dissatisfied with a single decision; it is a pattern of neglect and disregard for evidence and due process that cannot be overlooked. For years, I have experienced firsthand Commissioner Atkins' unwillingness to engage with the facts of the cases before him. As echoed by others who have appeared in his court, he displays an alarming disinterest in evidence and exhibits, often defaulting to pre-drafted mediation reports instead of conducting thorough and impartial analyses. In my custody case, my child’s mother blatantly violated a court order by taking our child out of state without my consent. Despite presenting evidence to prove this, and despite her failure to provide any substantiating evidence for her claim that I verbally agreed to the move, Commissioner Atkins appeared indifferent throughout the proceedings. His demeanor suggested annoyance at having to sit in the courtroom, and his ultimate decision—to simply adopt the mediation report without considering the evidence presented during the evidentiary hearing—underscored his lack of effort in seeking the truth. The result was devastating: custody was awarded to the parent who violated court orders, leaving me, as a father, with little recourse. If I had acted in the same manner, I would have faced legal consequences for kidnapping. The double standard is glaring, and the impact on my daughter’s life is profound. This kind of judicial negligence not only undermines the principles of justice but also has real, lasting consequences for families and children. I am prepared to advocate for accountability and change. This is not about one individual’s dissatisfaction but about ensuring that our judicial system serves the people it was designed to protect.

An absolute disgrace to the American justice system and our children who need avocation. This man scoffed at pictures of the bruises up and down my daughter’s legs, that she received from being corporally punished with a belt by her father and his partner who is a stranger to her- and denied the emergency order requests twice. My ex has now resorted to admitting our oldest child into psychiatric facilities any time she tells me she’s being physically abused or she displays any age appropriate resistance. She has NEVER had behavioral issues or failed school until being forced to live in abuse. She’s also suicidal at a whopping 8 years old and being emotionally and psychologically abused via healthcare and has been forced to be admitted two times since April over age appropriate resistance like stating that she doesn’t want to wash dishes, do chores, or being vocal about not liking being being hit. Yet, as adults- anyone of us would be charged and dealt with immediately for assaulting someone. I hope he may get everything that he deserves for failing to protect and contributing to the failing mental health of children in San Diego county.
Alexis supported: Remove Commissioner James T Atkins from the Family Courts
This judge needs to be removed permanently. She has been suspended 3 times already. She gave guardianship of 2 of my grandchildren to someone that is married to a 3 time convicted drug trafficker. Also, the court never checked or notified their father that has 50/50 custody (awarded in the same county). Now he is fighting to even see them. The judge put court date over 70 days away. Obviously to create revenue for the court and attorneys. Contra Costa County Probate court is using and hurting our children. Please help.
