Im writing this because this is something I care deeply about and it won’t happen without the support of people like you.Starting a petition isn’t something I would normally do, but I was moved to do so because I am trying to change bias outcomes in probate cases I have a personal connection because of the treatment I received in contra costa county probate department 30 I know Im not alone and together we can make this change happen.three judges were removed from Contra Costa Court in 2018 for abuse of power this is what’s happening in department 30 injustice and abuse of power lawyers lying there way into receiving money from estates families have worked there whole lives to pass to there children it’s a business of taking money and assets this has to change. To all members of the community that have been affected by abuse of power in probate Contra Costa County  Court please come forward with your experience.
