Support the Khyler’s Law movement in the state of Florida.  On 9/26/19 ,  KHLYER Edman a 15yr old honor student in the 10th grade and ROTC at Charlotte High school, died brutally in his own home while protecting his 5yr old sister from a prolific offender breaking into the locked home.  The suspect had a criminal history of over 20 arrest/convictions and was placed on probation for his Aug 6th arrest at a local mini mart, even with his history and a couple other open charges from previous cases.  Unfortunately I was in the middle of this tragedy as a neighbor across the street, and knew KHLYER, who is now our HERO in heaven because our criminal justice system failed him.  Over the last four years I have seen too many innocent citizens of Florida become victims of prolific criminal offenders, especially senior citizens and children.  It shouldn’t take 10 or more arrests/convictions or plea bargains to lock them up, before they brutally murder , rape or assault a victim— then get locked up.   Let’s prevent another Murder like KHLYER EDMAN’s on 9/26/19.  Thank you in advance , Shawn Kolanda
