Отворено писмо до европейските държавни и правителствени ръководители

Апелираме към нашите сънародници и всички европейски и световни граждани да призоват настойчиво държавните и правителствени ръководители в цяла Европа: украинските деца, отвлечени и депортирани в Русия, трябва да бъдат спасени!

Над 300 000 украински деца в момента са държани на руска територия, без никакви гаранции или външен контрол върху условията им на живот. Твърди се, че някои от тях са умишлено разделени от родителите си от руските власти.

Освен това, според проучване на ООН, няколко хиляди непридружени малолетни и непълнолетни, сираци или не, са изложени на риск да бъдат осиновени от руски семейства (Русия не е ратифицирала Хагската конвенция от 1993 г. за защита на децата и сътрудничество по отношение на международните осиновявания) . Освен това Владимир Путин опрости предоставянето на руско гражданство на тези деца с укази от 25 май и 11 юли 2022 г., като по този начин улесни процедурите за осиновяване за руски семейства. Всичко сочи, че подобни процедури по принудително осиновяване вече са се провеждали и текат в момента.

Трябва да кажем НЕ на принудителното осиновяване и русификацията на отвлечените деца !

Някои от тези деца вече са „в процес на превъзпитание“ – тоест русификация! ─, както се похвали руският първи телевизионен канал. Промиването на мозъка на децата всъщност е част от плана за изкореняване на украинската нация, представен от Тимофей Сергеицев, близък сътрудник на Путин (РИА Новости, април 2022 г.), чиито негативистки забележки се възприемат ежедневно от руските медии.

Не можем да оставим тези хиляди насилствено депортирани и изолирани украински деца в ръцете на Кремъл. Насилственото преместване на непълнолетни е отвратително и морално и политически неприемливо престъпление. Според Международната конвенция за геноцида от 1948 г. (чл. II), това е строго погледнато геноциден акт!

Призоваваме председателя на Европейския съвет, председателя на Европейската комисия, но също и държавните и правителствените ръководители на цяла Европа да се намесят единодушно и публично, като поискат от Русия освобождаването на децата и всички депортирани украински цивилни. 

Молим ги да призоват съответните международни организации, включително УНИЦЕФ и Международния червен кръст, да се застъпят възможно най-скоро пред правителството на Руската федерация, за да посетят тези деца, да проучат условията им на живот и да организират репатрирането им в Украйна.
