It is beyond all understanding how an employer can make a decision to fire Ryan as he fights for his life! He was a loyal and dependable employee and now that he needs the support, the employers actions are creating a stressful situation for him and his family. Spokane county, do the right thing, don’t take away what Ryan and his family need to survive financially!

This health condition is extremely painful, expensive, and to have it to the degree this man does... I can't even imagine. Do the right thing.

It’s cruel. It’s unthinkable. Ryan has been serving this community. Now, when he needs help the most, he’s being pushed aside.

Hanging by a thread & the county wants to save money so they decide to terminate you. Ryan can't help that he got sick with this disease. For a government agency supposed to support your workers, you are certainly a disgrace & disappointment.

This is inhumane. This is pure evil. The logistics of this case seem irrelevant when you look at the bigger issue here. Details aside this is greed on an organizational wide level and a system with structural integrity flaws in place for such circumstances as this. ::VOMIT:: I hope this case reaches far and wide and sets a new standard for organizations who depend on human beings that deserve death with dignity.

Where’s the morals, Everyone thinks money is so important. Character is! If people don’t stand together & voice how they feel. Then it won’t change. If every person who works unites, then the businesses would have to make a change. If you threat workers good they will work as if it were their work mattered. Don’t lose humanity over money.
