Local issues cover a wide range of topics that affect communities on a regional or city level. Recent events and trends in local politics, environmental concerns, and social justice have sparked a surge in petitions addressing these issues. Petitions may focus on advocating for affordable housing, improving public transportation, or fighting against discrimination in local businesses.
One notable petition with thousands of signatures calls for transparency in local government spending, highlighting the importance of accountability and fiscal responsibility. Another petition addresses the need for more green spaces in urban areas, showcasing the growing concern for environmental sustainability at a local level.
Join the movement by exploring and supporting petitions that resonate with your community. Your action can drive positive change and contribute to building a better, more inclusive society for all.
This is sickening. I have 2 field line labs out of hunting pedigrees at home. It’s in the dog’s genetics to retrieve. If that’s what he does on video, im frightened to see what he does when there isn’t a camera.
I am a student from Loudoun County Public Schools. I cannot fathom why LCPS has chosen such a buggy, uncultured, and badly programmed website to make us learn something as delicate as reading and writing.
Lexia doesn't save your progress 50% of the time, and the developers are doing nothing about it. The narration is slow and at times doesn't make much sense, and the site is old and glitches regularly.
I have been forced to redo my work all because of Lexia's crappy infrastructure and the inability to save. Sadly, teachers don't think about the fact that students have other classes and assign a bunch of homework. The transition from elementary to middle school has already been stressful, and lexia is adding on more stress because of how tough it is to work with.
The site's UI is kid-friendly...But the process to save your work and do many other things that would normally be super easy is non-existent.
Please, please, please sign this petition to ban Lexia. It is a horrible app that has not been fixed for over 2 years and there are way better (and cheaper) alternatives such as Khan Academy and even IXL.
