As a rider myself I know that Richmond is a great place to board but there aren’t many accessible or safe places to skate. Especially in that area

Daniel supported: Establish a Local Skateboard Park in Tappahannock for Skaters of All Ages

Skateparks are everywhere on the west coast. They bring together youth and provide a sense of community and support for many who do not have it elsewhere.

Yesss!!!!! A skate park in Tappahannock would be amazing !! It brings people together, it helps us teach each other, it gives people and children a family who may not have it else where. We need our children safe and having fun a skate park would do exactly that!!!

Sabrina supported: Establish a Local Skateboard Park in Tappahannock for Skaters of All Ages

I’ve been a life long skateboarder at the OG park! It has bowls and something for everyone. The new design doesn’t have the diversity it needs so keeping the old park and putting the new one next to it would bee the best decision and more space for our community to have something fun to do

Beverly supported: NO DEMO! DEMAND THAT GV COUNCIL TRY TO SAVE ORIGINAL PARK WHILE NEW PARK BUILT NEXT TO IT!

Help us save this unique amazing skatepark that serves our community so much better than the small proposed design would. Please let us keep this skatepark and build the new smaller skatepark as an addition for the ever growing skate community in Nevada County 🙏❤️

Gwendolyn supported: NO DEMO! DEMAND THAT GV COUNCIL TRY TO SAVE ORIGINAL PARK WHILE NEW PARK BUILT NEXT TO IT!

skateparks should be designed by avid local skateboarders or at least those who genuinely understand contemporary skateboarding

Seth supported: Keep Skatepark Design in the Hands of Skaters
