I cannot believe that we have to even come together for this law to be changed. How can a dog owner not automatically be responsible at the damage their dog causes. It saddens me that Jennifer had to not only witness the neighbors dog viciously attack her dog… but that it was done in her yard. No one should have to live in fear due to the carelessness of another dog owner.

It would not be that hard to add a simple label to a bouquet of flowers to save cats lives. Our pets are our best friends and are a part of our families.
