Women are the majority in this country. Women are the ones who should decide when they wish or if they wish to procreate. We do ALL the heavy lifting, from conception to the end of our lives, so our voices are the only ones that are heard.
Video to come in a while. To deny nonhuman companions shelter is cruel, not only though especially, to them but also to their people. I would never go into a shelter that made me leave my nonhuman family outside or in my house, left vulnerable to the elements. If the powers that be really want to figure out a solution, they can if they take the time to do so.
Pet rent is ridiculous rent is already sky high and now it makes things even harder and forces people who let go of their beloved pets and creates more of an issue for animal shelters due to pet rent 1000s of dogs a year are put down because shelters are over ran. Families are already struggling to make ends meet and pet rent on top of paying a deposit is just greedy and unjustified. It shouldn't be allowed renters already deal with 80% of landlords being slum lords we shouldn't have to work to death just to have a roof over our heads and keep our fur babies.
