What we have done so far: 

• Reached hundreds on Facebook rescue crossposting groups 
• Contacted leaders of the 2021 study (cited in petition). 
• Received close to 50 dollars in donations to get this to a national audience. Modestly small, but our ideas are reaching folks all over Change.org
• Created a Gmail: OutlawPetRent@gmail.com

What is next:

• Create a monthly newsletter
• Create a Dot Com page to document our progress. 
• Establish a crisis line to receive inbound calls and texts of distressed owners. 
• Find a nonprofit to be the face and benefactors of this movement.
• Find doctors and mental health professionals that are allies we may refer clients to get ESA letters or begin the process of finding a service animal.
• Find local resources to give clients options.  
• Make a growing database. 
• Once found, create a GoFundMe to put up a Billboard (approx $4,500 USD) by the Texas State Capitol.  
• Contact local, state, national politicians and media.
