Real voices make petitions harder to ignore. I have been abandoned as a parent but still pay and have motion the courts to reduce my payments and enforce her to let me see the kids. 14 years and nothing has been done. Less than 4 years togo and I owe more in back child support than I’ll ever be able to pay. Started out in the arrears and to high monthly support. Can’t believe they let it go on this long.

California Orange County Court continues to use bias, ignore third party experts and puts children back with dads with lawyers because it’s easier than looking at the facts. Our kids have been proven to be abused and Maria Verobia continues to have a job. This needs to change for our children.

These abuses and crimes against humanity are close to home for me. The same has been done to my daughters and I in family fraud hearings in Chatham Virginia. It's a completely corrupt system that gets paid on abusing children and loving parents! We need to be heard and a change needs to be made! All of the perpetrators not upholding our Constitutional laws, rights, and protections are called what they are "domestic terrorists" by our own United States Constitution!

This petition means so much to me and millions of other Americans. It’s time to stop the tyranny in our family court and protect the children. It’s time to stop treating the victims of abuse in family law as scapegoats and it’s time to protect our children. Many men and women are victims of family court with taking children with unlawful reasoning and victims of abuse to never get justice or the means to be able to protect their children.

I wanted sole custody with no possibility of visitation due to the other parent's mental health and history of abuse in the relationship. I got physical custody but we shared legal joint and he got a step up plan. Our child is 3 and already verbalizes he does not want to go anymore. Children know who is a good parent from the start and who isn't! The courts need to stop forcing the other parent to be involved if they never showed interest since the kids were born.

I care because my children have been illegally taken from me by New York Family Courts. We have never lived there a day in our lives. I have proved all allegations being false and my kids still aren't home. But when you have limited income it seems they can do whatever they want.

I am going through the same thing. My children were ripped from my arms 235 days ago without any due process, without any cause. I have proof of abuse of every type and I spoke up the courts did nothing besides say this man couldn’t go down my street anymore so he would sit at the stop sign shining his brights down my street. He had friends follow me. He would storm into my house. He would get drunk and messed up on drugs and pass out to the point my three year old walked out the front door and the police had to call me. Then he had me arrested at my kids school for interference with child custody last year. The school was also my employment at the time this was character defamation and made getting a job impossible. I fought it and was found not guilty but do to the continued abuse I wanted to move further away to stop the abuse and be able to get a job to provide and income to support my children so we didn’t become homeless like their alleged father was hoping. I let everyone know of my attentions and job opportunity working at a school with autistic and children with ADHD. Well he had me arrested again and my children ripped from my arms. The Detective he has gotten to now put 4 warrants out for my arrest is a girl he went to high school with. The corruption is beyond real and my children should never have had to endure any of this. Meanwhile I have no history of drug or alcohol abuse. I have been class mom, worked with children for years. Everyone who knows me calls me mama hen because I am always making activities or taking kids to go do something fun! We are missing so many memories and my kids were placed in an abusive situation legally because the courts aren’t doing their due diligence and being easily manipulated with lies and malice to further abuse, financially, legally, emotionally and mentally!

I have an open modification in Missouri of which has now been 4 years going. I had substantial amounts of physical evidence that was presented in my initial trial and also the hearing for the modification that was filed by me sons father in an effort to remove support. My son has been physically abused on multiple occasions yet the visitation schedule remains the same and there is still no final resolve. When a mother stands for the protection and health of their child the court systems don’t even blink an eye even nor stand to help protect the child and in the end the child suffers more by their lack of action on a firm ruling and holding the abuser accountable and in contempt of the existing order. The family court system is broken.
