Yesterday (Sunday) was my son's 20th birthday. As you all know, my son went 'No Contact' with me on December 8, 2024. He has been brainwashed by my brother's wife, my abusive family and my ex-husband and his family. I raised my son alone for 18 years with no help and barely any child support. I reach out to him daily. I haven't seen him or heard his voice.
Yesterday, I left him two voicemails, I emailed him and I texted him. Nothing.
I missed his whole 19th year on this earth.
On December 8th, it will be two years.
We were best friends.
There are no words. 💔
Tomorrow (Tuesday) is court again- the trial- with my brother's wife, who filed false charges against me in the summer of 2025. Right after my son moved in with her and my brother in June 2025.
(My public defender agrees 100% that this is bogus. She refuses to drop the charges.)
I hope she's been enjoying my boy. Seeing his beautiful face everyday and hearing his voice. Saying goodmorning and goodnight. Giving him hugs and kisses. Hosting holidays and his birthdays and his graduations (high school and I believe that he graduated from trade school. I am told nothing by anyone about his life.)
All while she's doing this to me.
And also, as you all know, me and my son lost everything that we own, our entire lives, to an illegal auction on July 9th, by Extra Space Storage .
Last month, I couldn't afford the round trip again to get to court. I'm staying with a friend, three hours away. It's roughly $100 round trip with gas, tolls, etc.
The judge issued a bench warrant for my arrest for $1,000 with a 10% option.
I haven't been able to pay the $100 cash option.
I launched my new website in late July. I created a line of faith based leather handbags. I've worked tirelessly for months on it. But unfortunately, I can't afford to advertise in order to reach my target customer. I've been promoting it all across my social media, though. Here is the link. Please share the link!

I need $200 in order to get to court tomorrow.
The judge said that if I don't appear again, he will remove the 10% option and also raise the bench warrant amount. I am screwed. I just can't win. Please help if you can. I have Venmo and CashApp.
