As the American people, we have been gracious and tolerant in dealing with the high-level corruption among some Supreme Court Justices that is now negatively affecting our economy, national security, our health, and our mental wellness.  "We the People" trusted in the selection process for the Supreme Court Justices, regardless of who the President was and the party they served, understanding that as the highest representation of justice, with life-long representation,  they would hold themselves accountable to the highest standards of the law, as according to the Ethics codes set in place in November 2023.  

With the Trump administration, we have not seen a high level of accountability to the Constitution, the House, or the people that they serve from the listed Justices.  Therefore, we can only ask for the Senate Judiciary Committee to hold the following Justices accountable for their egregious actions by removing them from their high seats:

*Justice Clarence Thomas

*Justice Samuel Alito

*Justice John Roberts

*Justice Bret Kavanaugh

Here is a list of the main violations. Congress will receive the full list, spelled out in more detail, by the end of October:

*Granting the President full immunity on all sides of the law, especially criminal prosecution

*Aggressively and strategically make decisions that attack the "checks and balances" of power

*Used their power to create procedural reasons for the courts not to address serious legal matters

*Unprecedented gifting by Billionaires

*Promoted the "Stop and Steal" movement and other dangerous  false conspiracies that disturb the whole of America and cause mental and physical unrest

*Stopped States from holding the President accountable to the 14th Amendment Insurrection Clause

This was a bipartisan effort among "The People".  I personally looked into the backgrounds of each Justice, not considering race, their religion, or party.  As a registered Independent, I have no attachment to either party and started this petition to place power back into the hands of the people.  The people signing this petition are in full agreement with their removal and have no confidence in their decision-making skills. As a collective, we DO NOT believe that these corrupt justices serve  "The People", and we are ready and able to defend our collective stance at any time.

Please start the impeachment process as soon as possible. 

To heal our nation from such aggressive movements from these Justices and to cause some balance, I am requesting that Democratic and Republican Leaders choose their new nominees. Since 4 seats will be available, Parties can fulfill 2 seats apiece.  They can select up to 10 candidates, but the final decision has to be made by a vote, by "The People".  If any selected Candidate has already committed any of the above violations, they will automatically be dropped from the list, and another candidate will have to be chosen in their place.
