Provision for Wage reimbursement and Common Bill funding due to monies lost from COVID19

The Issue

I would like to preface this petition with:  Please be mindful of what you pay for., remember food is not automatically cooked for you, it does not just appear on your table.  This Provision to a current Bill or new Bill is not for a select a few, its for everyone! We need sustainable service to be in the service industry

We, being all who sign this petition would like provisions made to the existing Covid19 Bill or a new Covid19 Stimulus Bill created in order to provide Federal and State funding for Wages Lost or A Common Economic Bill Aid.  These wages are ones that can not simply be covered by unemployment due to newly acquired or cash based employment, jobs that pay in most patron gratuity and or tips earned.  The Common Economic Aid referred to, consists of monthly bills such as credit cards, rent, insurance, car loans, bank loans, water and electricity.  This issue has much to due with a longer term solution to wages being lost due to the COVID19 outbreak, and mainly for peoples in the Service and Hospitality Industries that will be most affected.  That is not to say this newly created Bill can not extend to those in similar situations.  It is understandable that unemployment and a stimulus plan will help aid many; however, we believe there are those that will not received much help from the stimulus plan being created and soon to be signed. A one or two time payment will simply not suffice unless that payment would extend monthly and indefinitely until a vaccine has been created, provided, implemented and allows people to move freely.  The servers and workers that work for cash, in the service and hospitality industries will have problems claiming unemployment; as well, any stimulus will be short served not paying bills but most likely putting food on the table and paying much needed common bills like water and electricity.  We are asking that Texas be the first State in the United States to offer wage reimbursement with provided documentation or letter of recommendation from owners, managers and boss people alike.  A Common Bill Aid Fund should be installed or put in place that will help aid specific peoples that are going to be impacted by the COVID19 outbreak indefinitely.  Please hear our concern for the peoples that serve on a daily basis, for those that work to provide common duties and in many cases luxuries for blue and white collar individuals.
