Florida is a state where families are exposed to increasing heat index on a yearly basis, which means increased need for basic utilities such as AC, to allow for livable temperatures. I have heard many families indicate they have had to pay over 500$ per month. Florida also provides little opportunity for low cost energy efficient upgrades like solar panels, windows, doors, and other factors that could reduce the cost of some of the utilities within the state. With cost of living having skyrocketed in florida overall in comparison to the national average, many families could benefit from some reduction of utility bills.

As a veteran, How can we swear to protect those both foreign and domestic bit can't protect those within our ranks from heinous crimes? Anyone who is involved in a rape no matter how long it took the victim to report should be considered a true servicemember or a true solider of our United States Military.
