This proposed law is such an insidious thing. It would invent a new crime that would specifically target a group of people. I can think of a few times that's happened in American history. Vagrancy laws, as an example, were invented to criminalize black folk. This is very similar. It would invent a new kind of fraud...

Mental, emotional and psychological abuse often lead to PTSD and not uncommon for them to lead to suicide. It’s a serious issue and the legal system could be more helpful to those left in despair from this type of detrimental abuse. It absolutely should be criminal when someone intentionally tries to destroy you.
