- I want to thank all the people who has signed my petition so far. This is not a isolated incident this has been a 14yr up hill battle that every professional that I've turned to has ignored and made me think and feel that it wasn't something they could help me with and like I've heard countless of times and is everyone's go to saying " You should get a lawyer"or "You really need to get a lawyer to help you with this." That's all fine&good but that by itself takes alot of extra money,I mean a ridiculous amount of money to even get a lawyer then even more money to keep that lawyer to stay motivated to reach the best possible out come for their client,or at least that's been my experience from some of the lawyers I've encountered,sure they reel you in with "free" consultation which is very limited time wise so your rushing to explain your situation then they give you a half way type response that doesn't even make much sense since they talk over your head with all their legal terms instead of breaking it down in terms ordinary people can understand(once again this is all from what I've experienced in my journey for justice). To me this is all very intential to keep a person confused,hopeless&drained financially(if your able to pay out of pocket) but mostly spiritually so your easily persuaded,easier to manipulate and fooled&easier to scare since fear tactics is their go to tool in forcing people to go along with what and how they want without caring if there actions are against the law or if it's on point with how the law states for procedures to be applied in all the jobs that any State of Texas employee hold in the judicial and law enforcement area. I've gone to speak with the ones that are in charge on several levels from the police department,the mayor&a city council member with all of them saying the same "you need to talk to this person or that person" giving me the run around avoiding the matter that I'm presenting to them with all the documentation and proof of misconduct from all the officers,conflict of interest on of 2types,failure of service from the courts to give proper notification and now the court appointed attorney refusing to do the job that is required by the Code of Criminal procedures and disregarding the oath that he took to become attorney for the State of Texas. All I want is my access to justice,my right for due process and accountability for all those that have not up held their duty to protect my daughter a minor at the time and for those that were causing the harm and started the whole mess to happen to be investigated to the fullest since this is not a one time incident but yet another fail of a whole system that chooses to do the job that they applied for and received with the purpose to up hold the Law as the State has intended them to and made all of them give a oath and put up a bond to make sure the job gets done right. I know I'm not the only citizen of this town that has had this kind of treatment and worse from how those that are running this town in this way for countless of years treating people with a lack of disrespect that is cruel and illegal in so many ways with no consequences for their actions ever being handled or enforced has the majority of this town lacking trust and having no faith that if called the police and court system will not do what is suppose to be done. Fear&Confusion is how this town operates and it's gone on for far too long.
