I went to court on April 1, set there most of the day without the opportunity to speak to the lawyer that's representing me, in fact that day he was representing about 30 other people that day with hardly any of them getting to speak to him before going in front of the judge. The only reason for court this day was to make sure I still wanted to go to a jury trial. I had some questions I was hoping to have this lawyer answer since nothing has been done with any of the requests, I emailed him that I wanted to see happen, which his reply was "You can hire your own lawyer, or you can always represent yourself." How is this kind of representation aimed to make a person feel or think about a situation that is looming over them that not one professional person that works for this system has taken any actions to see that justice is done, in fact all access to justice has been blocked and Due Process has not just denied but completely avoided with the actions showing as if such a thing doesn't exists. The more I speak on how my rights are being violated and how no one is doing the job that an oath was taken just to have the position that the job is required by law to do the more I'm told  that I'm not helping my case out but it's all ok that the system can deny a child of safety, they can overlook or leave out what and why the situation even took place. They would rather apply fear and confusion to an already stressful situation instead of applying the facts along with the truth of the situation since that would leave room for more people to question how their situation could of been handled improperly causing a disruption to their whole organized crime ring situation they've been doing for way more years than most of us have been alive. Yes, I said it "Organized Crime", I mean what else do you call something a lot of people are involved in knowing that what is happening is against the law, the ones with any authority are not allowed to abuse any part of the job that is supposed to be done by the rules and procedures that all are to follow and up hold. It's against the law for these professional people to bend, obstruct or fit their version of the law at the time they need it to, so it doesn't make them look guilty. There has been complete loss of trust between this justice system and this town. I am not the only one that has been treated and had violation after violation occur during and after dealing with these individuals but I am one of the very few that has spoken up and spoken loudly about the manner of how my case has been done, with no professionalism, no accuracy and no respect but constantly demanding respect. How can respect be given if respect is never shown? Fear is not a form of respect, confusion is not a form of respect, and injustice is definitely not a form of respect, even the court system is to lead by example this is the highest form of role model and leading by example there is for us as a human race. So, that just goes to show exactly why and how we are living in such a highly concentrated self-obsessed way of life, if we can not trust the ones that have the jobs to help, protect and prevent the bad and wrong doers from causing us harm then what and how are we ever going to have this human race survive and manage more and more of this type harm coming from a system that was put in place to protect and serve us in our most vulnerable time in our life.  

Its been well over a year with nothing done in the way that has shown that care or concern is a priority and that making a profit off a persons misfortune is what has become the only thing  that runs through the heart of this community. No one is safe in a place like this and hopefully before to long I can rid myself of a place that doesn't care what happens to a young innocent child as long as a profit could be had, which is honestly another form of human trafficking, in my opinion that is.
