As a wheelchair user that drives a Ramp van independently, this is an issue that effects all my decisions. Where to go and what to do are often dictated by is there available parking. My first question is about parking availability and access.
Steve supported: Increase the Percentage of ADA Mandatory Accessible Parking SpacesThis is a huge issue that needs to be rectified. It has impacted our family, like so many others. Being able to access public places should not be such a challenge. Disability rights are human rights.

We really need to dedicate the wheelchair spots for wheelchair vans or wheelchair users only

Too many people need a spot, are unaware what the lines are for, or just don’t care. We need to think of our community members who need ramps to exit their vehicles.

Please save this club and its leadership!

I have been blessed to be part of this iconic club. In the past year I have seen this club flourish. The management has been a joy to work with because they have a true passion for our life long sport of tennis. The management has hired world class tennis professionals and more importantly fantastic mentors to up and coming junior players. The PAC also services to so many tennis fans from all over the metropolitan area. The closing of Portland Athletic Club would be a great loss to our community.
