Besides the EIS and LLS being mission critical to the health and security of our nation, I have a personal interest. My granddaughter was accepted into the EIS program last October and received her PhD on Feb. 13th only to find out that the EIS Program was shut down the next day. Not only disappointing but this was her dream job and a passion of hers for the past 7 years. The way the administration is going about reducing the federal budget in not only inhumane, it is insane!
