Mr. Roy Lee Fairley have served the 33 1/2 years that was required of him and now he’s up for parole, help give Mr. Fairley his 2nd chance to be a light to others.
Mr. Fairley has accomplished many goals and 2 of the goals that helped him the most is: becoming an Trustee since he’s been incarcerated and the other he became a Minister & Deacon, these two roles helped him to recognize his errors but mostly, helped him to be a positive light, a listening ear and a helping hand for others while incarcerated.
I Pastor Cynthia Alexander have been Bro. Fairley’s spiritual leader on the outside as he has other spiritual leaders in the penetenary.
Everyone deserves a 2nd chance in life, when we take a serious investigation of what and where we came from and what we’ve done in this journey called life, all at some points and time, had to be forgiven or had 2nd & 3rd chances.
I Forgive Bro. Roy Lee Fairley and ask that you too forgive him by Granting him a 2nd chance in this journey called life.
Thank You Kindly
Sign: Cynthia Alexander
Your words truly moved me. I feel your heart, and I want you to know you're not alone. My husband, Arnulfo, is also serving a 35-year sentence and has been incarcerated for 26 years. He, too, was denied parole with the same 2D code—despite creating personal development programs for others, mentoring peers, earning the support of staff, and being recognized as a leader in rehabilitation and reentry work.
It’s heartbreaking to see men like Alexander, who have clearly changed, be passed over time and again. I signed your petition with compassion and prayer—believing change will come. I’m also asking for support in my husband’s case. If you'd like to read and share it, here is his petition:

You’re not alone. Keep going. You're making a difference.
I've had the blessing to know Alexander Ives , personally as a Prison fellowship academy group member and my brother IN CHRIST .
The man I have come to know is not a violent man and that's the truth .
But what I do see is a man who excels in everything he puts his hand to & contributes to his environment.
He has goals set for his release and there is no doubt he will continue to be a asset to the community when released.
As a concerned tax paying citizen I'm requesting that parole please allow Alexander to come home to his family and loved ones .
Thank you
Askari is a rehabilitated, reformed, & reincarnated man. Who was excessively over sentenced for a crime of him being a blk man with a white victim in the city of Lynchburg. As he was a 18 year old impoverished dealer that was intimidating a grown as man for his money. The dude tried to rob him & went for the gun. If anyone knew what was going on was the old man. So after these actions Askari a juvenile was gave 58. It is no one in Virginia that has this amount of time under second degree murder. & I can attest that the Man U all see as a criminal/thug/number is not the same man that fights for prisoner rights & would be a hero a champion to human rights on the outside. He honestly is the most humble respectful
When prison rehabilitation and reformation are evident in someone’s life, granting them an opportunity for freedom in society aligns with the principles of justice, mercy, and the potential for human transformation in the lives of Young people who need someone that can relate to where they are going and the changes need to be successful and be a positive change in our society. Second chances should be granted to all mankind that is Mentally transformed To the Thoughts and Plans that bring Health and Healing to Mankind “ Once we have been Converted we must Share With Other So They Can Know The Way” as Jesus demonstrated compassion and forgiveness, offering people a fresh start (John 8:11).
Much Prayer 🙏 For His Release.
I care about this issue because I have been on the other side. I recently returned home and have witnessed first hand the injustices within our judicial system. Excessive punishment “is not” and “should not “ be warranted. People change and an opportunity to demonstrate that change should be given to those that deserve it.
I myself was once a number behind those fences and it’s literally you lose it all back there and you truly aren’t equip to get out and win for real. We deserve real second chances. And the system needs to change the way they operate back there
I was once at Camille graham and Leath correctional for a period of 10 years #363786 was my number and this is an absolute MUST . the system has their priorities wrong and we need people who genuinely care about the inmates and their lives after prison because right now they are set up for failure it’s very sad .
