From what’s been shared publicly, Mr. Bilgoray has provided multiple forms of evidence dash-cam footage, phone records, affidavits, and even a polygraph test showing he did not make the alleged call. Yet he still faces a probation violation, which requires a much lower burden of proof than a criminal trial, and is being pushed to accept either more years of probation or a possible prison sentence.
