After 5 CPS reports, Sebastian should have been protected. Now he's missing. We need some investigating done. There is enough evidence to take the next step and Sumner County is doing nothing.

Failure to Enforce Child Abuse LawsBased on things I've seen regarding missing persons and trafficking in and around TN, supported by first person accounts such as Cathy O'Brien, I am hesitant to trust the word of any law enforcement agency that does not provide clear records and transparency with the public. Growing up in AR when Clinton was governor shows how long I've been exposed to 'the stories'. Sometimes the military is the only way, and for me, any vet who receives benefits for their service, yet commits crimes against children, should be court martialed based on their lifetime military oath. No pleading the 5th, and judgement by their peers.

Failure to Enforce Child Abuse LawsSebastian needs justice for the neglect and cruel and unusual punishment that he's been made to endure for almost half his autistic life. At 15 years old, his mother and step father reported him missing, stating he must have run away in the middle of a February night, not only barefoot and without a jacket but left his cellphone and everything else he possessed. Since then we have heard of horrible things Sebastian was made to endure especially as an autistic boy and at the hands of his mother and step father. Please help to get Sebastian the justice he deserves!!

I cannot understand why the sheriff has not made arrest. It's plain has daylight what happen to sedastain. 5 cps now missing. Parents pack up leave the state while child is missing.never one time have I seen them out looking just sebastain real dad seth Rogers. If the law cannot protect a child with a disability then he does not need to be sheriff. Mr. Erick needs to do his job quit trying to protect his friends. Let alone abuse of child w/ intellectual disabilities who self reported & is now MISSING! How is it possible the father w/ shared custody was never notified of these 5 CPS abuse cases? If he had been notified, he would have requested emergency full custody of his son & Sebastian would be here today! I hope the State Leaders agree that non-action on the 4 closed / 1 still open CPS cases is UNACCEPTABLE & you will make an immediate change in the Sheriff's Office. This cannot continue to happen in TN.

The Law Enforcement should be held accountable for what they did not do in the beginning. If my child were missing I would be very uphald with the Sumner County Tennessee Sheriffs Department! Poor Seth Rogers. These people are supposed to protect and serve it's citizens. To me, this has not been going on in Sumner County. Therefore I will gladly sign this petition.

When there is a Chief Deputy Sheriff named Eric Craddock at Sumner County Sheriff's office who refers to sexual assault as "snuggle struggle" and publicly posts that on his Facebook page, that's a true testament to the lack of care or concern by this department for victims.
