In America where freedom of religion is the law, we need protections for religious groups like pagans, druidism Voudon, and Polynesian traditions.
The hysteria caused by puritanical views brought bigotry and hate to a land where religious expression granted new hope. In order to stop , and eradicate, the hate there must be a path forward for safety and freedom to believe how you wish without the fear and hysteria casting you aside. If witches were deemed evil, the witch trials wouldn't have happened.

I only know so much and I am constantly learning things that were never touched on in a public school or college setting. It is only when we know the TRUE history of the United States and stop white washing it to keep from hurting feelings can we truly make a change for the better. Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
