I am Iranian, and my people continue to suffer under the rule of the Islamic Republic.
While ordinary Iranians inside Iran are tortured, imprisoned, and killed for demanding basic freedoms, families connected to this regime live safely and freely abroad. They benefit from democratic systems and protections that their own relatives helped undermine through violence, repression, and hostage-taking.
I do not believe it is fair or acceptable for individuals connected to such crimes to enjoy opportunities and security in democratic countries while their families remain involved in the persecution of innocent people in Iran.
I fully support this petition and believe that those who benefit from these privileges should be held accountable and returned to Iran to face the consequences of the system they supported.
Due to massacres in Iran by Islamic regime which Elias Ghalibaf father is one of the most important leader in Iran that works with the regime , as an Iranian demand to Deport Elias Ghalibaf back to Iran he doesn’t deserve to use the freedom that this country is giving him while the regime killed so many people in Iran for basic demand of freedom of speech. Please deport him . I really appreciate you stand with justice for human rights in Iran
My dear friend, Elaine Pandilovski age 44, was one of the many women who have been murdered by a current or former partner. Her son at age 12 was left to be raised by his elderly grandmother. He has autism. That was in 2020 and things have only gotten worse since. There is deafening silence from both sides of politics on this issue. Where’s our national day of mourning? Where is the action on this? If you are silent you are complicit. These deaths are PREVENTABLE!!!! DO something NOW!!! Why the hell are people who have histories of violence and DVOs out on them getting bail? Why don’t sentences match the crime? Where have we failed women during the justice process? There was outage at the Bondi terrorist attack and I expect the exact same level of outrage and action on this. Governments have blood on their hands.
Every woman has a story about men either hurting them or making them uncomfortable or scared of being hurt.
Too many women are being hurt and killed. Children grow up seeing it. It’s time we actually face the issue and investigate what is contributing to the problem, and what can and must be done to help.
