The travel ban unfairly targets innocent people and separates thousands of genuine couples and families. A fiancé visa is already a rigorous process, adding a blanket ban punishes love, not threats. This policy needs to be reversed.

The U.S. government’s new decision to implement “Travel Ban 2025” against Iranian citizens is unjust and discriminatory. This policy, which bars millions of Iranians from entering the United States solely based on their nationality—regardless of personal background, reason for travel, or lawful family ties—is a violation of human rights and contradicts the values that America claims to uphold: fairness, individual merit, and the rejection of ethnic or religious discrimination. In a world where human connection and mutual understanding must overcome fear and prejudice, enforcing such a sweeping ban only deepens mistrust, tears families apart, and denies worthy individuals equal opportunities. Iranians, like people of any nation, are a diverse, educated, and peaceful people. Punishing them collectively based on their national origin is a form of systemic racism that should be challenged legally and morally.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the impact of Executive Order 14161 on K-1 visa applicants, particularly those who have already endured years of waiting and extensive vetting. I applied for my K-1 visa over three years ago, and after spending more than 1.5 years in Administrative Processing (AP), I am now facing the devastating consequences of this executive order, which disregards the patience, effort, and process we started long ago. K-1 visa applicants, especially those who have already passed rigorous screenings, should not be subjected to blanket restrictions that dismiss the time and resources already invested in the immigration process. Many of us have complied with every requirement, endured prolonged uncertainties, and remained hopeful that our cases would be fairly adjudicated. This executive order now abandons us, undermining the legal immigration system and the principles of fairness that America stands for. I urge your administration to reconsider and allow K-1 visa applicants with pending cases to be included in the exception list. We are not new applicants; we are individuals who have already waited years for a chance to reunite with our loved ones. Denying us entry at this stage disregards the very process we have faithfully followed. Thank you for your time and attention to this urgent matter. I sincerely hope that you will recognize the injustice caused by this policy and take action to provide relief to those affected.

Yes, Sec. Blinken should be indicted in our Federal courts. In addition, the US House should move to Impeach Sec. Blinken, Pres. Biden, Sec. Austin of the Dept. of Def, and Chair, Joint Chiefs of Staff Brown. Each has violated his oath of office by knowingly participating in Genocide and other crimes prohibited under the Rules of War outlined in the Geneva Conventions signed by the U.S.A. Under the oaths these men took as elected officials, officials, and members of the U.S. military, they are all to support the Constitution, the laws and the requirements of Treaties signed by our nation. Each of these men have violated their oaths. Our House of Representatives should have the political courage to Impeach these officials and our Senate similarly should to have political courage to convict these men in Senate Impeachment trials. The oath of office of each member of Congress has taken requires that they at for protect the Rule of Law in America. As a former Amy officer, I so made that pledge and as a former elected official. The men and women of our Congress are required to take remedial and appropriate action against those breaking our laws to stop them from so doing.
