After the 2022 floods, and losing everything, like so many other’s I did get myself into another rental for 2.5 years. The property was put up for sale in March. Securing another rental has not yet happened and I’m “couch surfing” while looking at HOMES that have been risen and retrofitted. Why am I not able to rent one of these properties? PLEASE, don’t say the dangers when some of these HOMES are surrounded by others still living in their home due to no buyback or declined or didn’t apply?? It simply makes No Sense and is Cruel. Did you not observe everyone evacuate accordingly during TC Alfred?
