The Aravalli Range is not just India’s oldest mountain system; it is a silent guardian of the Indo-Gangetic Plains, holding back the desert for thousands of years. If the Aravallis fall, the desert will not wait, risking the loss of clean air, water, and all the other interlinked processes. Standing together before this irreplaceable legacy is lost.
Aravallis are not just hills on paper, they protect our air, water, and future. Redefining them to allow mining, puts an entire ecosystem at risk. I strongly urge the government to protect the Aravallis in their entirety.
My name is Nitika, and there’s a street dog in my area who visits my home every night. Over time, his presence has become a beautiful part of my life. No matter how hard my days have been, seeing him wag his tail and sit near my door fills my heart with warmth. I’ve been going through a lot lately, but those quiet moments with him have been my little ray of hope. I care deeply for dogs, and every time I see him, I’m reminded how much love and comfort they can bring without saying a single word. So I think those innocent souls also have a right to live freely.
Street dogs deserve compassion, not cruelty. They are living beings who feel pain, fear, and love just like us. Instead of punishment, we must focus on humane solutions like sterilization, vaccination, and adoption. Every life matters, and protecting street dogs is a reflection of our humanity.
U used to feed 100 dogs daily for past 9 years .they all are very soft nature dogs.we have to sterlize and vaccinate them so that we can control quantity of strays
It's not about the stray dogs. It's about the lack of homes and mental health treatment for them. All they need is some love. Every dog has gone through some trauma. Care for pets is still a useless topic for most but if you want to be like the west in cleanliness, adopt thier genuine kindness for even abandoned animals. That's when true justice will be served towards stray dogs.
Every living being has the right to live freely. Stray dogs are part of our community and deserve compassion. Forcing them into overcrowded shelters causes stress and suffering. All they need is a safe space. I have been grown up looking at the dogs in our community and playing with them.
Lets be the voice for the voiceless.
Please reconsider the judgement.
