I have so many great memories of Billy. Billy always had a big smile and the most amazing dimples that would light up his whole face. I remember Byrd grabbing Billy and trying to choke him when we were playing in a field together acrossthe street from our houses. I remember our paths crossing again when we're 13 and snuck out to go swimming in the river and when I got d9wn to the street Billy told me "don't worry, he'll protect me" when I noticed Byrd was with him. I remember Byrd trying to drown him that night and Bo and Mike had to pull him off so Billy could resurface. I remember running into Billy again at 16 when he got back from Florida. He wanted my watch to hold on to to guarantee we'd see each other again. I talked to him on the phone before he left with Byrd. I remember Byrd getting agitated because he wanted to hang out instead of going with Byrd. I have regretted my choice to tell him it's ok, I'm not going anywhere, I'll come see you when you get home. Byrd has always been and will always be pure evil. He doesn't deserve a second chance at life, freedom, love, anything! Prison is already too good for him. I will always remember and never stop fighting for Billy.
I was married to Eric n beedy for 12 yrs. I left running after 10 yrs and filed for divorce.
I left because he mentally, emotionally, or physically abused me every day.
I have been in counseling now for more than 10 yrs. And thank God in heaven he put people in my life to help me put me back together. I wish Gloria had those chances too.
I also went to project woman and asked for help. I am so blessed that I had family who had their hands out to lift me out of that situation. My son and his wife graciously opened their home and gave me a safe place to start to heal my heart, soul, and my mind and body.
And "b", my councilor, has guided me in dealing with trauma and ptsd.
Ric's actions and words left me a nothing nobody and left me broken.
Gloria deserved so much better.
I saw her on the sidewalk one day, and told her to get away before he hurts her too. She probably that I was a "crazy ex."
I wasn't the first to divorce ric.
He has a criminal past that he never seems to really "get in trouble" for. Why does he get so many "free passes"???
I stand up for Gloria because the Springfield police have not. (In my opinion).
Thank you, Beth Hutchison
As a woman, on the Autism Spectrum, I’m outraged, by this perversion of justice; and the absolute uselessness, of current laws. That are supposed to protect the Disabled. Do something!
