UPDATES BELOW (Edit: I know it shows a goal but we have until November 4 to reach as many signatures as possible so the goal will keep increasing!!!) TW— Emily Talcott hit and killed my uncle, kurtis Greiner on august 5, 2022. She was speeding in a residential area, with over double the legal limit of alcohol in her system. The drug screening hasn’t been released to us yet, But she was driving so recklessly that when she collided with my uncle who was trying to simply back into his OWN driveway, she immediately killed him and sent his car 60ft down the road, with his wife witness to the entire event. There were no skid marks or any sign of her even seeing him let alone trying to stop (cops think she was using her phone) Even better is she has children who thankfully were NOT in the car. In the state of florida a dui manslaughter has a minimum sentence of 4 years and maximum of 15 depending on the judges discretion. We want the max sentencing and honestly even that isn’t enough. Her negligence and recklessness killed my uncle. And we want justice. Please help us and sign our petition. I’m hopeful it will show the courts she deserves the max sentencing.

NEW UPDATE AS OF 4/14/24  Emily’s sentencing date has been set for 6/5/24 I will be speaking in front of the judge I believe she’ll be taking an open plea but please sign the petition so we can bring her to justice
