A Call on Apple to Replace All Faulty iPhone 6 Models with Unexpected Shutdowns

More and more Apple customers are coming forward with problems related to an iPhone 6 glitch, causing the device to drop from 30-90% battery percent to completely dead.  This problem has been increasing to a point that most users have to leave their phones attached to a power source for it to function.  The video above shows the sequence of events iPhone 6 users have become all too familiar with. This not only causes users a minor annoyance, but can be dangerous for those who use their iPhones to monitor health or use it for other tasks throughout the day.  An excerpt is listed below from Apple’s website in regards to the issue.  "Apple has determined that a very small number of iPhone 6s devices may unexpectedly shut down. This is not a safety issue and only affects devices within a limited serial number range that were manufactured between September and October 2015. If you have experienced this issue, please use the serial number checker below to see if your iPhone 6s is eligible for a battery replacement, free of charge.” (Apple) Apple is only taking responsibility for a select few of the many defective models and are charging most customers using faulty devices a fee to fix their phones. Unfortunately, Apple has not offered any kind of help to the majority of iPhone 6 customers, and that is why we are here today. As many iPhone 6 users have been struggling with these growing problems over the last year, with no help from the Apple store and Genius Bar, we are asking Apple to replace all affected iPhone 6 models, or offer users an upgrade and take back the defective phone. Without Apple taking responsibility for this default, I am sure they are going to lose more than just my household as customers.   Please sign. Thank you.   Sources:Apple. (2016, November 30).
