First Day of Hispanic Heritage Month (current sign count 2,361, next goal 2.5ķ)

Today is the first day of Hispanic Heritage Month, a month dedicated to the history, culture, and contribution of hispanic and latinx Americans. I feel like it is a key heritage month I should honor since I did stuff for it when I was in high school. It's the only heritage/history/awareness month to start and end in the middle of a month (of my knowledge at least). I feel like I could work that into this is that uncapping the house could allow our representatives could more likely listen to underrepresented groups like hispanic Americans. Our representatives would better undertand the history and culture of those members of their constituency. They would better represent that while in office. This would be a good time to remind us to share this petition so it could gain more and more signatures as this is a change to make sure ALL Americans are represented as it's harder if every representative represents around 800K. That makes them spread too thin and make it more likely for maps to be drawn against this one specific minority group.
