Texas needs a Caitlyn Animal Abuse Law against abusers who inflict harm or death by taping or tying an animal in the snout mouth area, forelegs, and/or backlegs. The purpose is to help deter or punish those whom do these actions. Penalized animal abusers need to have an animal abuse flag on their record along with a social media ban attached to their sentences.
