On June 5th 2018 my parental rights were terminated by a jury of Randall County Court. The petitioner to terminate my rights was none other than Child Protective Services and the DA of Randall County! Having accused me of drug involvement the state tested my whole family and found we were all clean! Realizing their mistake CPS also known as the Department was desperate to find guilt on me. The state decided to accuse me of physical abuse and neglect, drug abuse, drug possession, medical neglect, mental instability, educational neglect, unkempt housing, animal cruelty, knowledge of sexual abuse on a minor and keeping my girls malnourished! Their excuse to execute such an act was because of my military affiliation! They claimed I had NO idea how to raise my lovely girls! The state did not have any physical evidence against me for any of the charges! But they do not have to have physical evidence to convince a corrupt jury to terminate a parent's rights. They call it "preponderance of the evidence." This means if you lie good enough in court and the jury believes you. There does NOT have to be any physical evidence to terminate your parental rights! So the DA had my sisters and brothers testify against me in court! My biological parents were involved with the conspiracy but did not show up to court.To ensure the state won the trial I was given a GAG order! Senior Judge Richard Dambold refused to allow me to present evidence into the trial saying that it was inadmissible to the case. This included 10 drug tests and a psychological evaluation from the VA! Also Randall County did not disperse ALL my subpoenas to the witnesses of my case. My relatives had custody of my precious daughters already and were getting paid to foster them. I was eight months pregnant when I went up against the state of Texas. After hearing the charges, (not conviction) of my husband, The jury's demeanor changed and decided, (according to my sister who told me on the phone that the juror she worked with told her I could not take care of my unborn son and four daughters by myself. They also believed I mentally could not handle all the stress the state was putting me through!). With this thought in mind, the jury decided to terminate my parental rights; and gave full custody to Texas CPS! I appealed this decision with the Seventh Court of Appeals. They refused to reverse and remand the decision based on the argument that NO attorney on my, nor my husband's side; requested a retrial. I was promised by my trial-advisor attorney, that he would request on my behalf a retrial! He never did. Nor did the trial attorney for my husband. The appellate attorneys were not interested in filing for a retrial after the invitation was given by the appellate court. Since then I have filed numerous complaints and was contacted by the Department of Family and Child Protective Services in Austin, TX; stating to me that I was NOT found guilty for ANY of the accusations. I was informed that I should have custody of my daughters! They even asked me if I now have my daughters. I told them no and if I was found not guilty then I wanted them to give me back my darling babies! Jerome Green informed me that the Department was not going to give me back my girls until I took the department back to court! While in the process of filing for a petition to have my rights reinstated, my daughters were secretly adopted out to the family that lied about me in court. The very people who betrayed and used me... My brother who only has one son, and his wife are not able to have any other children. She wanted my youngest and promised I could see her whenever I wanted to. I said, "NO!" ...Six months later CPS and Randall County took my four beautiful daughters with allegations of sexual assault! No findings of guilt have ever been discovered in my case! I have no criminal record nor do my daughters claim to have been abused by me!
