Vice Adm. Shoshana Chatfield, the only woman on NATO’s military committee and a decorated Navy officer with decades of service, was just fired by the Trump administration without cause. This is the third high-ranking woman to be ousted since he took office, and enough is enough.

Chatfield wasn’t removed for misconduct or poor performance. She was targeted for standing up for values like diversity, inclusion, and equality.

Her support for empowering women and creating space for all who serve has now cost her a career she dedicated her life to.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about fairness, competence, and refusing to let qualified, honorable leaders be erased simply for believing that our diversity is our strength.

Enough is enough. This purge of experienced female leaders must end. Vice Adm. Chatfield deserves her job back. Her voice, her leadership, and her service matter. She matters to NATO, to our military, and to every young woman dreaming of one day serving her country.

Sign now to demand her reinstatement and to say loudly: we will not stand by while dedicated leaders are punished for doing the right thing.
