If you violate the rules:

 

The police might come and recommend something better than the brainrot content you were watching illegally, with no jail time, death penalty or fines.

If it’s a child that is affected by brainrot, the police can give better choices to the parent of the child.

But be careful- too much brainrot will certainly guarantee a visit to a rehabilitation center, while still keeping aspects of your digital life in check.

If you make a kids’ video with OpenAI or Copilot, or even Grok, you may have your account taken down.

 

If the act is passed by Congress:

 

•       Brainrot becomes less common

•       Italian Brainrot becomes banned in Saudi Arabia, Iran and Pakistan due to blasphemy laws

•       The 403 Forbidden things that appear on American visitors to www.readloud.net begin to disappear completely (Safari and Chrome users only. TOR users are unaffected.)

•       Maksym Boichuk, the creator of Bimo, gets his accounts terminated, his OpenAI account banned, and his devices locked. This brings an end to his AI Uprising, bringing joy to all animators.

•       The era of the internet’s Enshittification comes to an end, as the Encontentification era begins a brighter and more prosperous future.

•       ChatGPT, Grok and Copilot make it illegal to make Italian Brainrot videos or AI kids’ videos, and Sora gets shut down.

•       Cocomelon is terminated, leading to Jay Jeon’s arrest for causing two decades of children watching something twice as addictive than crack.

•       In Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, anyone watching Tralalero Tralala will face legal consequences and a severe punishment.

•       In Iran, anyone watching Bombardiro Crocodilo will be taught a lesson.
