There is millions of cases of child abuse that go unreported every year in the US. 1 out of 10 victims are children.  So due to these facts alone, we the people feel that the statue of limitation for child abuse should be taken away.  There is no limiations on time for murder so why should there be one for child abuse?  If you think about it child abuse is murder in a sense  Their souls are murdered, between psychological and emotional damages they are scarred for life.  It has been proven that in most cases when a child has been abused they are most likely to become abusers themselves.  Do to the fact that most children still live with their abuser they are scared to report it, fearing that there could be retaliations. Our goal is to try to get the goverment to lift the limitation of time, so these cases can get justice. The damages the  children suffer have no limitations of time, so why should the justice system. Have a heart get justice for the children.
